1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, buying a plan, or buying a course on an academy hosted by Droos Live, you agree to these terms. If you are signing up for a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

2. Your account

You give us accurate details and keep them current. You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep your password to yourself and tell us quickly if you think someone else has it.

You must be at least 18, or have a guardian's consent, to buy anything on the platform.

3. Plans, billing and currency

All prices on this site are quoted and charged in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable Egyptian taxes unless a page says otherwise.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. We tell you before any price change takes effect.

Card and wallet payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you have no right to publish.
• Do not use the platform for anything illegal under Egyptian law.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not resell or share account access that was sold to a single user.

6. Your content

Courses, videos, and materials you upload stay yours. You grant us the licence we need to host, stream, and display them to your learners, and nothing more.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and for the promises you make to your own learners.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms other users, or is used for fraud. Where the law allows, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

To the extent Egyptian law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
